President

Brian Stokes is President of REAPS Global and is responsible for the company’s overall strategic direction, partnerships, and organizational leadership. He brings more than 30 years of experience in business consulting, financial services, and organizational management.

Prior to co-founding REAPS Global, Brian served as a Vice Principal, District Supervisor, and educator in New Jersey’s public school system, contributing to one of the nation’s top-ranked K-6 education programs for nearly 25 years. His professional experience also includes leadership roles in mortgage banking and business consulting, with expertise spanning residential and commercial lending.

Brian holds a Master of Arts in Educational Leadership from New Jersey City University and a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Virginia State University.

Product Development

Jesus Rodriguez leads product development and technology integration for REAPS Global. He is responsible for research, solution architecture, and the development of advanced infrastructure and PoE-enabled technology systems supporting the company’s projects.

Jesus brings extensive experience in technology infrastructure, systems integration, and network engineering. His background includes leadership roles in enterprise technology environments where he specialized in designing scalable solutions, integrating hardware and software platforms, and supporting complex infrastructure deployments.

Prior to joining REAPS Global, Jesus spent over a decade with IBM and later served as Chief Information Officer for XS Applied Technologies, where he focused on enterprise systems, technology innovation, and operational infrastructure development.

Senior Advisor Infrastructure Development

Benson Goodwyn is a seasoned infrastructure and real estate professional with extensive experience in capital project delivery, land development, and right-of-way strategy. His background includes managing complex development initiatives across the energy, utilities, transportation, and industrial sectors.

Benson has led negotiations for land acquisition and permitting processes while supporting large-scale infrastructure projects that require coordination between public agencies, private developers, and regulatory authorities. His expertise includes project strategy, ESG risk mitigation, and stakeholder engagement.

Throughout his career, Benson has built strong relationships with clients, regulatory bodies, and community stakeholders, supporting the successful advancement of infrastructure initiatives and long-term regional development.
